COVID-19 Update

Green Hyundai is currently OPEN and we have resumed normal hours. We are excited to take part in the re-opening of Montana after the COVID-19 closures. We are continuing to follow CDC and state guidelines of increased cleaning and disinfecting of the dealership and vehicle touch points. We continue to offer curbside services and at home pick-up and-drop off, as well as the use of our shuttle van for those community members in need - please contact us for assistance.

HOME DELIVERY is available, as well as Online Shopping.

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that everyone is impacted by the increasing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest sympathies to anyone who has directly or indirectly been affected by the virus. Our top priority during this time is to ensure that our employees, customers and our Northwest Montana communities are safe and able to continue traveling in the safest manner possible.

As the global community responds to the COVID-19 outbreak, please be assured that here at Green Hyundai, we are taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff. We are also ensuring our team has the information they need to stay healthy and mandated them to stay home if they aren't feeling well. These practices are informed by guidance from the CDC, WHO, and our local health department. Based on the guidance we have received from these organizations, our own preparedness, and the current state of our operations, our dealership will remain open to service our customers and community.

Green Hyundai leadership will continue to actively monitor the situation and make policy changes as needed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to continue best serving our customers.

Sales Department

If you are car shopping (or thinking about car shopping) and are unsure about what options you have, we are excited to share the following with you: 

1. VIRTUAL TOURS: We encourage you to browse our current inventory - if you find a vehicle (or 2 or 3 or 4 ...) you like and would like a virtual tour to view from the comfort of your home, our team is ready to help. We will record a video to share with you via email/text, or we can do a live video with you, of the vehicle(s).

2. TEST DRIVES @ HOME: Have you identified a vehicle (or 2 or 3 or 4 ...) that you'd like to drive? If so, our team is ready to help. We will schedule a time to bring the vehicle(s) to you to test drive at your home within a reasonable distance from Green Hyundai.

3. SHOP ONLINE: You can complete your entire car shopping and buying process from the comfort of your own home. Please reach out with any questions. Simply view the detail page of the vehicle you would like to purchase and click the "Submit Your Offer" button - it will take you through the entire purchase process! 

4. VISIT OUR SHOWROOM: Our showroom is open and we are well-staffed to serve you. As stated above, we are taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, including implementing deep cleaning protocols, regularly disinfecting high contact areas such as door handles, desks, etc. and asking all employees and customers to stay home if they aren't feeling well.

Service Department

WE'RE STILL AT YOUR SERVICE! Even though we are surrounded by some level of uncertainty, our Green Hyundai Service Team is ready to help you with your vehicle service needs, so you can be where you need to be, with confidence.   

Our Service department is well-staffed and ready to serve you. As stated above, we are taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, including implementing deep cleaning protocols, regularly disinfecting high contact areas such as door handles, desks, etc. and asking all employees and customers to stay home if they aren't feeling well.
In addition, there are several other ways we are working to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including:
• Our staff will wipe down your vehicle interior/exterior touch points with disinfectant before and after working on your vehicle
• You are welcome to use our key drop during working hours (as well as before and after hours), to minimize face-to-face interaction
Pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for service within the Flathead Valley area  - please contact us to arrange
• We are happy to take payment via credit card over the phone, to minimize the face-to-face interaction
• All rental car interior/exterior touch points are wiped down with disinfectant between rentals

We have added special hours for our vulnerable population community members 
(3-5 PM Monday-Friday, by appointment, to ensure proper staffing to serve you)
